People often find counselling and psychotherapy useful when they are struggling to make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences they are facing. Therapy offers a safe and non-judgemental space in which an individual can explore their life in their own personal way, as a means of finding deeper understanding and equanimity.

As a qualified therapist, I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Experienced therapist

I am highly experienced in working with survivors of trauma including victims of war, torture, persecution and domestic violence. I also have extensive experience in a range of other issues including:
  • Abuse
  • Addiction
  • Anger
  • Antenatal and postnatal related issues
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Bereavement, separation and loss
  • Cultural issues and identity problems
  • Depression
  • HIV related issues
  • Relationships difficulties
  • Self-esteem and confidence problems
  • Self-injury
  • Sexuality

Trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches

I am trained to deliver a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred therapy, Gestalt, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT and Transactional Analysis. I adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework and Professional Conduct Procedure.

I can work on an open-ended or time-limited basis with individuals. I am also an experienced therapeutic trainer and group facilitator.

My practice is located in Sydenham, SE26 and is within easy reach of Forest Hill, Dulwich, Crystal Palace and Croydon. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from Sydenham and Penge East rail stations with direct links to central London.
